The bidding prayer that we hear on Ash Wednesday invites us to prepare for Holy Week and Easter through the observance of a Holy Lent. Spiritual practices are the cornerstone of such preparation, and there is a greater variety of such practices than we might be aware of. Each week this Lent, we will use the Adult Forum to explore different practices in diverse categories including: Meditative, Ministry, Media, Mind, and Movement.
