In nearly all of our Holy Communion services on Sundays, we say a creed as part of the liturgy. Most often it is the Nicene Creed, but in some services we use the Apostles’ Creed. The creeds have sparked many questions over the years including: where do they come from? how were the words chosen? do we have to believe everything they say? In this series, we will learn about the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds, and also explore alternative creeds. Join us in Mission House 1, on the first three Sundays in January (the 5th, 12th, and 19th) at 10 am.
